Welcome to the Reliance Reward Card application ("the App"), developed and operated by Fahad Al Noman for Reliance Supermarket ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The Reliance Reward Card app is designed for customers of Reliance Supermarket to:

• View offers and promotions
• Access a digital loyalty card
• Receive store updates and notifications
• Manage basic profile information

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

The App does not support online ordering or payments.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
• Use the App for fraudulent purposes
• Misuse the membership system or claim false benefits
• Upload harmful files or attempt unauthorized access to our servers

Any violations may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, images, logos, offers, and design—is the property of Reliance Supermarket. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The App may include links to:

• Google Maps
• Facebook (Official Store Page)

These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.

7. App Updates & Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of the App at any time to:

• Maintain security

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised version.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliance Supermarket and the developer are not liable for:

• Unauthorized access due to user negligence
